Throw out bearing
So a diaphragm. I take it you have the OC spring removed.
IMO, Unless you've over adjusted the linkage, possible bending fingers, it's probably fine. Just make sure you haven't raised some edges on the tips from the bearing failure and the new bearing contacts the fingers square.
