I've got a 71 dart 318 4bbl performer intake electronic ignition 90k on it dual exhaust 3:55 sure grip out back. I wanna pull the trans and have it rebuilt. My question is what would be a good torque converter upgrade for that combo. But I wanna also keep in mind I plan on putting a mild 360 in it around 350 ish hp myb lol.
If it was me, I'd wait until the 360 was installed. The converter that works for the 318 may not work the same behind the 360. As a mechanic buddy of mine once told me "Do it right ONCE"
