Know what you mean. Moved here with the parents 55 years ago, last name isn’t one of the settling family names so your an implant. Not that that’s a bad thing and it’s probably more how I feel than anything else
Yeah sometimes if you're not born there they don't associate with you till you've been there awhile. We found that out when we moved to Belleville Ont so Jen could go to school there. Once we were there for several years then you got accepted slowly

-20*f this morning, but add in the windchill and it's minus f'n 40! Butt numbing cold, and I was up for a good part of the night with a sick dog, cold, tired and just a little f'n cranky today.
You or the dog? Just kidding. Hope the dog gets better soon and you have a good sleep.

I had an eye exam today for 11:30 this morning but had a call from my Rheumatologist at 9 saying if I came in at 11:30 I could get my cortisone shots in each shoulder. Guess where I went? I can start feeling the difference now and so tomorrow or Friday should be really good.
I go for the eye exam at 9 tomorrow. Good deal!!

I would be too, hows the dog doing?

This morning our furnace is really noisy, yesterday was a little bit loud. Got serviceman to check out and replaced blower motor. Glad we caught it before totally quit during this Artic blast, 28 below tonite.

Strong work

Mine gave out on Saturday
I called a company and they said it was 210 dollars an hour for emergency calls

70 during business hours

I told him, you know what, it ain't that cold

They swung by on Monday and replaced a pressure switch

Glad you were able to last to Monday's std rates. I am very happy with our H&A company.

Don't blame you I would do the same.

Worst part is...I spend all weekend fiddling with it

On the bright side, it took the tech a good couple of hours to fix it aswell
I always try and fix things before I call someone to fix it then I am right there with them trying to learn.

20*F below right now and still dropping and gonna be 30*F above by the weekend. Feel like a Friggin yo yo....

Shoveled snow and salted sidewalks for 5.5 hrs today in teen temps till dark. Then the wind picked up, recovered most of my work with a dusting, and now the snow falls again. Guess what I get to do when I wake up.
