Before bashing a business do a little research

I appreciate that perspective, but it's taken from a "there ain't nuthin' We can do" attitude, and that's just not the case. The reason it's frustrating is because most of Us know it doesn't have to be like this. 2&1/2 yrs ago I'd have an order practically fall on My toes if I turned around & opened the front door too fast after placing it. It's not soft to demand better,....but You are correct, too many have priorities that have blurred the focus on what matters.
To John's point, We have to have patience with businesses, a lot of them are fighting for survival right now.....financially, personally, & phsyically.
I get it I work for a government agency and I have seen covid blame for every shortcoming, manipulation and greed that you could imagine, but it can overtake me change me into a negative unhappy person. And I'm doing my best not to give it that power , but to Pittsburgh point some of it is totally legit and it's too easy to make assumptions if we don't know the facts and when we do that we become the bad guy.
