Some of the cleanest low mile cars come fom rustbelt states. That is because many only drove their main car in the summer and had winter beaters. I never drove my 70 Charger in the winter .I bought a 73 Dart Sport for $100 and drove it . S/R 318 folding rear seat car...lol
And to add, some of the best maintenance done to engines are from the north, they are well maintained because its life or death type of thing up there.
