I bought a Harbor Freight bench grinder/polisher and a pedestal. Staked it down in the backyard and bought a $15 foot pedal plug to run it handsfree if needed.
Not the most heavy-duty, I used to run a 24" Buffalo polisher. The HF setup is fine for small parts. I already want something better for big parts like the bumpers
I have a variety of compounds and polishes, sometimes it is trial and error but being gentle and repeating is always better than going too aggressively and ruining something
