Novelty Pistol grip handle
I don't think this was an actual handle from a factory pistol grip. I suspect it was made for an automatic shifter. Came to me on a 4 speed shifter handle so it has the same fine thread as a stock four speed handle.
I don't know what company made it or how you would use it.
