I used the SSBC 153 disc brake kit on my '71 Dart and am now looking for advice on what size/backspace using 14" SBP and Cragar SS wheels and BFG tires, 70's front and 60's rear.

Hi Dave. I’m not sure I can help you but folks will need to know exactly what car you want to put these on. It definitely makes a difference believe it or not.

Sorry just saw 71 dart.

I know....I’m a big dummy. Lol.

I too used the SSBC kit on my '71 Dart GT. I'm running factory 14" X 5 1/2" Rallye wheels with 3 3/4"(?) backspacing. Originally I had P215/70R14 tires on the front which would rub on tight turns. I have since swapped to P195/75R14 tires. Also remember the SSBC kit pushes the front wheels outboard 3/8"(?).
