Two changes fixed the flickering lights on my 66 Barracuda.:
1. Bought a headlight relay kit from
@crackedback. Really quality stuff and if you need any assistance, he is willing to help.
2. I bought a solid state voltage regulator similar to the link. I keep my original in the trunk in case I need it.
Zero flickering now!
Oh, and I put in GE Nighthawk Halogen headlights.
