Get me some measurements and photo of what you need.
I have a filler neck, it's not for 67 to 69 dart, but I don't know what it does fit.

I’m pretty sure I have a filler neck from a 75 dart. I’ll send a PM with some pictures tomorrow morning, in case @Dana67Dart ’s doesn’t work.

That's the older style I think they used in 69? With the vent tube. If that will work in my Valiant I may take it for that. I think the coupe may be different.
