Today's episode of "What is it?"

I recently cleaned out the corner of my tranny bench at work & found this. Can't remember where I got it from & it's probably been there for a few years. No number stampings at all, doesn't appear homemade.
The "toothed" barrels on the end of the adjustable screws are on a ball stud (so the adjuster screw can be turned independently of the barrels).
I'm not sure it's even automotive-related. Vert-de-ferk is it???
