Positive wheel chock 1/2” plywood with block screwed to it. Once tire is on plywood the block can’t slide.
Vise grips with heavy chain link welded on. I have used it with a slide hammer and to hang something temporarily with no other means of attachment. These grips had standard threads so I used a bolt rather than weld on the original adjustment piece.
