washer bottle holes in inner fender

This is from my 67 dart.

From firewall to forward screw





Inner fender lip to front hole.

From firewall to rear screw


From inner fender lip to rear screw.



If it was me I would set the bottle with pump in place and make sure my measurements work with your bottle.

Then use a sharp center punch to mark the holes.

If you could make the hole more of factory punched hole that would be better for a screw to bite into.

Also touch up the paint in the holes you make.
