I believe you can grind them a bit, but when you approach higher lobe lifts, grinding away at the base circle, something is not going to go right.
Yes, Im certain longer pushrods are going to be needed.

I want a LOT more info than that before I trust a regrind. I've had Oregon Cam Grinders do several for me. Ken Heard has probably forgotten more than a lot of people will ever know about cam grinding. That ebay thing sounds like a fly by night job. Call Ken.
