318/390 stroker kit oil leaks NEED HELP!

Did you happen to use ARP bolts on the mains? I had the same problem with my 418 stroker in my Dart. Kept having a main oil seal leak and pulled the engine three times before finding out that the ARP. main bolts were interfering with the oil pump sitting flush. Apparently it causes oil to shoot directly against the main seal and therefore causes it to leak. You have to clearance the oil pump a little bit to get it to set flush if you're using the ARP bolts which are a little taller on the head. After correcting the issue no more oil seal leaks. Just something to check
 
there is a PVC in the trick flow catch can setup. Im wondering if it is working properly. The catch can had liquid in it so im assuming it was working. Need to check that tomorrow.
I went through the same thing with my Dart and thought it might be the PCV valve. Years ago when our cars were new there were specific PCV valves for each car/engine but now the selection has whittled on to just a handful of PCV valves and there is no guarantee that the PCV valve that they sell you was actually set up properly for your engine. Couple that with the fact that your engine is not stock so a PCV valve for a stock engine probably is incorrect either. This is what I came up with for my car. It's adjustable and they give you instructions on how to set it up and make it ideal for your combination. It's not cheap but it appears to work well.

I’ll have to double check what bolts I used.
 
Well A body community I have to thank you guys for your input and help! The leak is coming from the dipstick tube, the fan was blowing it up onto the timing chain and manifold so it looked like it was coming from that area.
After a few hours, 3 different PCV valves, and two different breathers I think I solved the crank case pressure issue.

I eliminated the catch can and put the PCV directly in the valve cover to the back of the carb. The breather in the picture above is a mopar foam breather that had small little holes for air flow. I just decided to replace the breather all together with a full flow filter breather instead of the mopar foam one in hopes it will allow more air flow. After a longer drive (30 minutes or so) I pulled over and checked the engine. There was more blow by then I would like to see coming out of the filter and dipstick area. So I replaced the PCV valve and it got a little better but still was by passing a little more than I liked. My cousin happen to have a spare PCV for a stroked 340, I dropped that it and just like that, problem solved. There was a lot of pull from the PCV when I pulled it out at idle, and there was even some suction coming from the breather side when I pulled that off as well at idle. Blow by was gone. I drove it and hammered down a few times, pulled over to check out the engine and no oil in sight. It looks as though the problem is fixed, I hope to gos it’s fixed!!
Tomorrow I will be removing the catch can set up completely from the engine bay and along with draining the synthetic royal purple oil and changing the oil to conventional oil (Driven HR2).

Thank you for posting your solution, great to hear, sounds like I might be doing the right thing in using an adjustable PCV on my build.
