Have you called Ken at Oregon Cams? He'll tell you how far you can go on a regrind. When I spoke to him several years ago, he said he couldn't go as far as I needed at the time and I was looking for something in the 230* @ 0.050", .550" lift range.

There are too many variables for you to get an answer off the internet. Give him a call at get it straight from the horses mouth.
