For sale is a 1967 383 long block, complete except for intake manifold and carb, distributor, water pump housing and correct valve covers.
It is completely stock internally, and ran well when removed from my 64 Polara convertible, but is has been sitting next to my blast cabinet for years now, so at a minimum will need to be taken apart and cleaned internally. And obviously, the exterior is pretty greasy and dirty.
Other than numbers identifying it as a 67 motor, don't remember what the numbers are, and they are not readily accessible now, so I'm not sure what it came from originally (thinking C body), but it does have the two bosses in the front of the block, already drilled for bolts (as far as I can tell, the drilled holes are OEM), that would work with an OEM driver's side big block A body motor mount bracket (one of the block ears would need to be cut off, I believe).
By the way, the holes are fully drilled and tapped; what you see in the pic is dirt/grease in the holes.
$300 if you come pick it up, in Tallahassee, Florida. Not really interested in trying to ship it (and wouldn't know how) but could possibly be persuaded. Much prefer pick up, though.
