Produced after 1971? So that would exclude the slant 6, the 318, the 340, and almost the 360......but with that said the only decent engine after 1971 was the 5.9 Cummins but wait, whoops, they didn't build that.......so I guess my answer would be no and 100% believe that pre-72 Mopars should NOT have any engine platform that wasn't available in the cars.

I should have said that better. I was asking about motors designed and produced after 1971 (just a random date I pulled out of the air). Wasn't even limiting it to Mopars. Just trying to gauge whether there was anything you like that was designed after Nixon was in office.

EDIT - I'm not asking about what you would swap into an old car. Motor swaps are not part of the question.
