1972 Dodge Colt

So this weekend I did some work on the front end set-up.
I was going to make some steel links to put in place of the coil overs.
Then I would know the shock length I would need.
This, I thought would get me the height I wanted.
However, this old suspension design is pretty limited.
If you lengthen the coil over, the steering arm hits the lower control arm.
Turns out that you might could use a 1/4 to 3/8 longer shock.
Maybe and that would be close.
So about all I can do is tighten up the coil spring so the front doesn't settle.

Now I will start finding a chassis shop and look to go with a strut front end over the winter.
