Which Muscular Mopar Under $60,000 Would You Choose for Your Dream Garage?

-
There's one of these in a local museum / personal collection pretty close to me. These are extremely awesome up close with all the Chrome work inside now. Not only the dual quad engine with the swivel bucket seats there's quite a number of things going on in that car...

For me it's a project 69 roadrunner that I build myself and customize everything myself.... Ie. I would buy a $20,000 project and put 40 into it...

10' 3" at shop center, 10'4" at the doors. Floor is sloped so any fluids drain out the doors.
Not the choices given by the OP's first post. I wouldn't pick any of those either, but what we were presented with by Hemmings! lol

Oh. Okay
Why don’t you just decide for me.

1964 plymouth belvedere or savoy. Id take a four door i don't care.

Dang those are some cool old photos! Is that in the forth pic down?

I would pick the Dart, I’ve always wanted one.

To get under $60K I’d probably have to get a ratty beater, but I’m fine with that. My friend’s dad had one when we were kids and I’ve lusted after them ever since. 1971 Challenger R/T, Hemi Orange with black stripe. Droooool…..

I have mine. 1971 Mr Norms GSS Demon that Dad bought new. 1968 Charger is #2. One in the garage that I just started on.

I think my 340 swinger has my muscle car covered, mine would be a second generation viper. Or maybe 73 slapstick small block cuda

For me it would be a '69 Coronet R/T 440 4 speed, a '69 super Bee 383 4 speed, or a '69 GTS 383 4 speed.
All in dark green of course!

If I had just a little more
Money, I would have my Rusty Crusry 1970 GTX V code 440 6 pack 4 speed rotisserie restored.

Hope you get it done one day. Looks like F8 green, my favorite color. And the power windows are just too cool and who doesn't like a original Dana 60 car.

Power windows and bucket seat delete. Great car.

I tell you man, I think the 71 Road Runner and GTX are the meanest lookin Mopars ever made, bar none. I know some like the 70 models, but I've just never seen it.
I too am a 71 72 Satellite guy. 72 for me 'cause I like the tail lights. Don't care about drivetrain. Weird but a slant 6 with 4 speed. A split exhaust with glasspacks. Love that tone. Kinda loud but what the heck. My current 63 Dart wagon has the split/glasspacks. Yep, kinda loud and pretty gutless but now end torque is amazing. The slant would pull a Satellite coupe fine. I'm old and in no hurry. I do like weird things.

Under $60k? That does restrict the choices. And certainly brings some A-body consideration. A '68 383 4-speed fastback Barracuda would be high on that sub $60k list. A nice one would be closing in on that price restriction.

I am content with my projects. 68 Dart 273 car in the process of 451 5 speed and total resto. Favorite car. Get to later 68 GTX. Which lives outside.
I just wish for the dream garage (shop) I can work on everything comfortably in. A two car garage fills up fast with a couple motorcycles and a car tore apart inside.

I have two for that list;

A ‘73/74 Cuda small block 4spd

‘70 Plymouth Roadrunner or Satellite

Both in non impact colors, matching numbers not important, actually preferred so I can modify without wrecking a beautiful numbers matching car.
