Ok so I’m non union, yes I have a competitive wage because of the past unions but … they do protect the shitty employees let’s face it if your a good worker do the job well then there’s no need to be protected.
In my trade shitty workers only lasted a season when winter came the good workers stayed working the others were layed off an in the union hall waiting usually till next spring. Union can’t do **** about lay off. If they didn’t get called they’d last in the hall till unemployment insurance ran out
