removed both lower control arms and both were shot...the side in the video had zero rubber..the other side had some rubber but was shot...all new going in
If you're willing to upgrade I strongly recommend polyurethane or Delrin LCA bushings along with adjustable strut rods (the two go together, doesn't work so well if you do only one or the other). I did that on my car after rebuilding it with stock rubber parts once and it made a very noticeable difference particularly when braking and turning at the same time.
