Personally, I think that's begging to overload already marginal connections.
OP, I don't see an issue with those but if the other end shows signs of over heating, I'd strongly consider a new harness and some common mods.
If you're wanting to add a couple circuits, I would consider a fuseblock from a late model car, powered from the battery directly via relay. There are lots of ways to skin that cat.
