Have you tried member Waggin? Curtis Yeomans on FB. I remember not long ago he had a set he offered to a couple members. And no, they are not the same as Barracuda, they are aluminum and are only 3/4 wheel lips, they die into the lower side trim, Barracuda pieces are stainless and go down to the bottom of the rocker.
