I used the excellerator because i had it. And also because i knew it would support the goals i had for that combo(10.70’s), because i had an almost identical one 20 years ago.
I wanted to make a certain amount of power, and not more, because of concerns with 8.75 rearend.
Sometimes the reasons for doing certain things aren't as apparent as somebody might think..lol
