Used Richmond Gear 4.86 ring and pinion set for the 742 8 ¾ case
I have for sale, a nice used Richmond Gear 4.86 ring and pinion set for the 742 8 ¾ case.

The gears were in my 71 340 Demon NHRA stock eliminator car for 1 season and they have only 50 runs on them. They show excellent wear patterns on both the thrust and coast side of both ring gear and the pinion gear. I couldn’t see any cracks or any issues by looking at it and they didn’t make any noise when in the car. I change the gears regularly as part of my preventative maintenance program. I’d like to get $125 plus the shipping. They will fit into a USPS medium flat rate box for $16.10 to any US location.
