A couple of years ago I bought a pair of 67 Barracuda fenders that needed some work for $900 - and I was damn glad to find them. I made about a 2,000 mile round trip (& mini vacation) to get them.
After I bought them, a guy offered me $700 for one of them. They are not easy to find. I would have gladly paid AMD $650 a fender.
