Looking for a brake proportioning valve to complete the front disc conversion on my 71 demon. I know reproductions are available but would prefer a nice original part if possible.

Let me know if you have a spare laying around that you wouldn’t mind selling.

Thanks FABO!

I'm no expert on stock proportioning valves but would one from a 76 volare with front disc brakes and rear drums work for you? If so I have one for sale.

Pics are below. Came off of a 76 volare with 11" front disc brakes and 10" rear drum brakes. If interested let me know. price is obo. Thanks

I just bought a reproduction piece for 71 Demon, I did the disk brake conversion. They are actually distribution blocks and not proportioning valves...even though they are called proportioning valves. It was right at $99 shipped and it's a nice new part. www.doctordiff.com The best way to get in touch with him is to text him. And that 76 Volare part won't work...just saying.

If you cannot find a repro proportioning valve, and buy a distribution block, you need a separate proportioning valve.

When I did mine I couldn't find a repro anywhere, so I got the distribution block and this: Adjustable Proportioning Valve
