So for the resto-minded folks- are there any good publications out there that help with things like parts date codes, finding them/decoding them, proper fasteners and finishes, etc...???
State of the art has advanced a lot since my last resto in the 90s, and I've got lots to learn. I noticed on Graveyard Carz that there are some definitive books they use for the details, but never caught what they were or who makes them.
The net is great sometimes, but I really like "books on the shelf"... Ugh im old LOL... Any reference "bible" suggestions or ideas??
 
I believe he uses David Wise books, google him and check out his books, hope this helps...Rich
 
Not so much for A bodies.

Dave Wise is who I could not recall thanks @mad dog .

I would say that a lot of what is true for a 67 B body would also hold true for a 67 A body etc.
