Running them?? No running anything here -we're still in our 8 months of winter!! However, the tires are on the car which is sitting on my trailer for the winter. Here's a pic - best I can do. I'd say the contact patch is about 9.75" if I lower the air pressure back down from the 35 psi or so for the winter. That 4x4 is up against the side of the tire for your reference.
