Those are the '73-76 spool mounts. So the K frame is still '73.
Manual or power steering? If someone swapped out the center link for a '67-72 you'll have to match the pitman and idler to the center link. Or get a new center link.
Also, you may want to remove your address out of the picture with your spool mounts!
