I am looking for a NOS A Body fuel sending unit. Part #2932960/#3621615. Plating must be mint/near mint.I will pay up to 450.00 for the right part.Let me know what ya got.Thanks again FABO
 
Correct.The "004" I have seen have that later number stamped on them,although gets covered up by the lock ring.Also the plating is different.Gold zinc compared to tin plated.Would like to find an original number if possible.I have a few of the 004 located.
 
Is the part # stamped on the the sending unit?
I have a NOS sending unit. The part number on the box label is 2421493
This was the part number that showed up in the factory parts books from 1963-67.
In 1968 and later the part numbered changed to 2932960.
I'm not sure what or if there was any change to the actual part?
