Man, when I was in Westside Jax, I lived in a Lil community, helped my Bros Mom do a 1/2. Acre garden, from the tilling on till the end. We had some of them Rhode Island Reds, best egg You're EVER gonna get, is right outta the chickens, well, You Know, a day old. I didn't eat eggs for years after that. They were crap... Fresh is Best!
