New lighting technology

That rings a bell. Ah yes. Sounded promising.
The Holley RetroBrights look like a promising new product. I was asked for some input during their developmentā€”don't know whether or how well my advice was heeded. I expect to have samples in hand soon to scrutinise and evaluate. First impressions based on early-prototype test data: potentially very good low beam performance. High beam performance is more of an open question; probably not lousy, but maybe not excellent. I have some other questions and concerns that will be answered, one way or another, once I've got hands and eyeballs on 'em.

Notice it wasn't on my list of recommendations.
:(

I will say I hate the marketing crap. Maybe it is 2 times brighter but is it on the road or scattered to the sides? Or maybe they're comparing with H6024s with 35 watt lowbeams. rolleyes-gif.gif
Or maybe its two times brighter than some plastic junk, but not when compared with a good H4 bulb in a good lens housing. huh-gif.gif
