1967 dart 270 hodge podge

Folks have done modifications to use later grills, you must remove the headlight buckets and move them (drill/ grind out the spot welds), for tail lights modify the openings in the quarters, the K members you have several options

If you need to change it because you are say, going from 6 to V8, you can use either 68--72, or 73/ later

68-72 uses the same "pillow" engine mounts as 67, and the only real difference is the 68-72 idler arm is way more available The mounting bracket is different. You could also modify the 67 K to tak the 68/ later idler arm, but you need to find an example K member and build a "jig" to properly locate it

For the steering, you have a "break" at 72-73. You must group 68-72 together and use the matching center link, idler arm, and pitman arm to fit the steering box. The power steering box pitman arm shaft changed spline sizes 73/ later That is, those four parts must all fit.

Or you can do the same thing and use those 4 parts grouped in the 73/ later group. Either group will fit either K member that is, 68-72 or 73 to 76.

73 and later K members used "spool" engine mounts. Some guys think they are better, some thing they are worse.
