Milodon oil pan fit
I have three of them and have never had a leak. I had to section two of them to clear my Hedman headers. The only issue I've had (except the k member notch) is that it seems the bolt holes are racked and not square. I've had to use a rotary file on all of mine. My 340 had TTI headers and there were no issues with the oil pan. Also, I've ran Dakota starters on all three engines and had no issues either.
