Going to a Mopar Gold Mine...

I had a bunch of V code 70E bodies back in the late 80s early 90s. The funny thing was back then, a U code 440-4 was worth squat! I could not really understand that. I had a couple of those and projects and could not hardly give them away. But as Rani's story, they got desirable later and then worth some pretty big $$.
I agree with Rani, the E body is over rated. Sexy looks but it has some flaws.... like everything. If I never had one, or drove one I would want to find someone that has a good one and drive it just to see if it would be desired.

It’s hit or miss....I’ve been in ones that look nice but are crappy drivers, noisy, rattles, ill fitting parts etc....and I’ve also been in ones that are like a new car, but they were also fully restored. So I guess it depends on how they are built or if they have all new parts....I love them but there is a lot of them at the shows, I hate the prices....but I would still love a 71 Cuda 340 someday....❤️

Here in my small little town, there are several e-bodies...2 real FM3 pink T/A Challengers, 70 R/T Challenger convert a guys dad bought new, 70 R/T sublime, 71 R/T Challenger Sassy grass green car, a purple 70 Challenger 340 3-speed car, and a numbers matching 70 hemicuda 4-speed car....they are all nice and driven around too, only seen 1 at a car show, these people just enjoy using them!
