Honest feedback on wheel/tire combo please

When I purchased my 71 Demon project in December 2020 it had these 5x4- 17" Boyd wheels with 225/50R17 up front and 225/55R17 low profile tires in the rear.

I absolutely HATED them when I first purchased the car but I have kind of grown used to them...like that old rust stain in the garage sink. I'm kind of old school with wheels.

If you wouldn't mind providing honest feedback I'd appreciate it. If you notice I deleted the side marker lights, so maybe these are more appropriate than say old school cragar's? I have a theory that low profile tires appeal to a certain age bracket so if you wouldn't mind giving your age +/- 10 yrs along with you "yeah" or "nay", I think it would be interesting.

I think it blends pretty well, only thing i would maybe do is go with a 255/50R17 in the rear, the 255/50R17 is only roughly 1/4” bigger all the way around but will give you another 1” of tread width. The little bit of added height in the rear will also even out how the wheel well is filled, it may be the picture but it looks like the front tire is up in the wheel well a tad more than the rear. Going to the 255/50R17 would even it up while keeping the same stance. It looks good as is. Just a option.

Current setup.

Number 1 (Front Size) 225/50R17
Number 2 (Rear Size) 225/55R17
