'68 Dart or Barracuda Ashtray Carriage & Bearings

I couldn't figure out why my '68 Dart ashtray didn't fit in its carrier (for lack of a better description). Turns out it is missing the sliding carriage with the four ball bearings as shown in the attached photo.

Help needed locating these pieces please.
