How much did a gallon of gas cost when you first started driving?
$.33 high test for my '60 Chevy 348..1967 was 17 years old working in Kendall station making $1.50 an hour, off the books of course. There was a station that advertised 4 for a dollar for a long time in the early 60's.. think it was called Skylark gas.
