Car hauler trailers

My trailer will haul a 5000 pound weight on a pair of 3500 pound axles. That's the legal max that it can have on it! And a max of 750 pounds of tongue weight! Your trailer has a tag on it that list the max load you can out on it and do not ever exceed those numbers. You should have it weighed at a certified scale to make sure you are not over.
In any event of an accident you will need the documents to prove you weren't doing anything wrong.
Because you will be sued and your insurance company might cover you if your over weight.
Same for the tow truck, don't exceed it's listed capacities.
There are a ton of rules in towing a trailer.
