If you're referring to the block casting number, yes, that casting started being produced in 1970 for the Dodge C-bodies. It expanded to the other C-bodies in 1971. The '70-3 C-bodies with a 360 were all 2bbl's. In '74 you could get a 4bbl version in the A and B bodies. The block casting number remained the same. You would have to go by the date code cast into the block and/or the year and date code stamping both on the driver's side front of the block up by the head gasket, or, the passenger side pan rail pad where the VIN of the vehicle it came from is stamped.
