1965 MMP's Barracuda Hemi swap! The Ever Changing Build

So had a busy and eventful weekend, Unfortunately I didn't get much done in the garage...
I was able to get fuel sender spliced in to the rear harness and the fuel pump lead run. Tonight I plan on splicing in the fuel pump hot feed into the rear harness plug. I post pic's tomorrow of that. I did get the rear tray mounted, happy with that.

I also did a thing another one of those impulse buy, you know this thread is littered with them.. I'm really happy my wife doesn't read this thread I could be in some real trouble you know so Shussssha!

Well I have been doing some reading and I've been a little tossed about the Engine Masters "hemi shootout" and how they poopooed the early 03-08 hemi vs. the vvt Hemi (eagle heads) and what it comes down to was the early heads just couldn't flow enough and it was carb'd. 2 strikes against it up against an eagle head hemi with vvt. So after doing a ton of reading and really learning anything other than I'm impatient.. I bought a fully rebuilt set of 6.1 heads. These will support a 396 stroker:rolleyes: -and flow a ton... I now have a complete 6.1 top-end, heads, intake, exhaust manifolds... :D
