Congratulations! That is so cool , cool don't do this justice

Wow Man! Talk about doing it right! How many miles do you have on it now?

Right at 105,000
That's awsom but it's just a baby.

I have a similar story, my dad ordered his 67 dart convertible and picked it up in Feb 67.

Daily driver and put 300,000 miles on it in 25 years, about 21,000 in the next 30 years

It doesn't look nearly as good as your!

Congrats!

Wanna double your money? :D Nice ride! Was the 3sp manual a no cost option back then?

that $57 radio would be ~$500 in 2022 money. Then again, that car would be 27,975.69 today if such a cool car would be produced. And not likely without massive redesign of safety systems and stripping of toxic chrome.

Man that's awesome! Just don't get no better! Forgive my ignorance, but what did Dodge call the 4 barrel 273? Charger? I know it wasn't Commando.

A basic 340 Dart with hubcaps cost $2808 in 1970

And a 1970 Plymouth Duster 340 with lots more standard factory equipment including rallye road wheels, larger rear wheel wells for easy upgrade to larger wheels / tires, and with shorter wheelbase / lighter weight than the 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 340, had an MSRP of $2,547. I wish I still had my special factory order B7 Blue 1970 Plymouth Duster 340 with a bunch of options like upgraded bench with center arm rest, upgraded heavy duty cooling, heavy duty battery and Light package with Interior Decor group, 3.55 Sure Grip, all glass tinted, AM radio, 727 (4 speed insurance premium was too costly or unobtainable for an 18 year old in 1970), raised white letter GoodYear E70-14 PolyGlas tires - was $2,850 out the door...

Congrats on staying the course with your Mopars ! Impressive to say the least!
