I just found on Classic Industries site: OER one foam for $135.99/two for $237.99 & Legendary a pair for $328.99.

Here is a guy making his own:

I was just looking at Classic's foam and they ship those as "oversize 2". No idea what shipping is going to cost, but out of stock anyway. No surprise there.

Is Classic's foam good? Are we better off going to an upholstery shop?
