I was just looking at Classic's foam and they ship those as "oversize 2". No idea what shipping is going to cost, but out of stock anyway. No surprise there.
Is Classic's foam good? Are we better off going to an upholstery shop?

If you're going to try and form your own foam shapes you need to make it as close to perfect as possible. Foam under material is like bodywork under paint, it'll show everything. And yes, foam density is everything and you pay for it.
