neighbors front lake,er,driveway. or,5 in a row won't go.

LOL It ain't that bad here, but it is wet and cold today. Tomorrow looks to be warmest / driest day of the week and I have a doc's appoitment!!
 
one of the houses along the way home from picking the kids up has a front lawn that is flooded
usually there are ducks in there
once i saw one of their kids peddle a canoe in there, that made me do a double take

my grandparents basement flooded when I was a kid. we had a little plastic boat that would have fit down the stairs and we "could" have paddled around. for some reason they did not want us playing in sewer water.

that reminds me of being a kid, we were vacationing somewhere in normandy
as we walked the coastline we came to a WWII bunker that had what seemed like 3 feet of water in it
i wanted to play in it, but my parents wouldnt let me, for the same reason...they didnt think it was actual water in there
