Hard to have a nice yard, when neighbors have a Dandelion Nursery!
I bought a weed puller you stick in the ground and a lever you step on. Works pretty good, better in early spring when the roots haven't taken yet.

anybody use those mechanical dandelion popper's, yea they are a little bit of work but i've never known of anybody catching cancer or parkinson's from work
