Using mustang rotors for 4.5" bc

I'm planning on using KH brakes on my 1970 Dart, have everything from spindles, calipers,pads brackets, and rotors.Upgrading the diff to a D60 with BBP axles so it makes sense to find a method to change the front discs to BBP as well. These rotors are in great shape and I'd love to re use them.

I have KH on my ragtop so I have the original BP. If I was you I would sell the KH set up and buy the (73 -76?) dart disc brakes. You would probably break even or even make some money if you sold the KH parts individually Hubs are harder to come by as well as Calipers JMO
