Instead of powder coating, consider anodizing. The carbs are aluminum. Epoxy powder will probably be needed to withstand the fuel (some always gets on the outside). Powder coating adds a thickness to the surface, whereas anodizing does not -- well at least not measurably. I think anodizing is way underutilized under hood.

You might consider the plating kits from CaswellPlating.com instead of powder.

It can be done but just the multiple masking / unmasking efforts - first to block all blasting media and again for powder(s) - would be prohibitive.
Powder primer may help some with durability, but any fuel-related application invites staining if spills or leaks aren't cleaned up promptly. Any silver, gold and even some reds will require clear for UV stability.

...

P.S. Honest as always, this was actually my initial response.
Figuring it was likely rude on its own, please understand that proper prep work is crucial for any metal finishing project, and really isn't something that can be easily explained in a few sentences.

Youtube might be helpful to you, but understand a lot of those people are rookies too whose advice may or may not be useful or 'as done by professionals ...' because we're busy doing our craft instead of teaching.
